We drove 7 hours to buy a camper from Quality RV. Our favorable experience made every mile of travel worth it! Not sure how to put our experience into words. But a few which come to mind are seamless, pleasant, stress-free, and fun. The staff was down-to-earth, friendly, and knowledgeable. Zach was thorough in explaining the ins and outs of our camper, and did everything needed to get our camper ready to pull off the lot including winterizing it, getting the equalizer hitch set up, and making sure everything was as it should be. Even the little things Quality RV does feels like big things, such as having freshly baked-by-the-owner cookies in the kid-friendly office area, and taking a picture of us beside our camper and emailing it to us. And last but not least, we believe the price of our 2017 Rockwood 2504S was very reasonable. We are grateful for our wonderful experience, and are so looking forward to the memories we will make in our camper.
