This unit was lived in, and skirting was on the outside. This left some cosmetic damage on the metal. If you are allergic to cats or animals, this is not the camper for you. Owners had cats and they scratched the furniture and valances up. You could get new valances, make something to hide them, or recover them. We are too busy this time of year to fix up cosmetic/cleaning issues, so we are pricing it as damaged. Clear title. I will try to include pics of everything. But you should look in person.

Good floorplan and with some cleaning and DIY repair it could be very cute.
